In this workshop, you will develop your self-awareness, learn how values and identity relate to behavior, detect your underlying motivations and define ways to better manage your emotions. You will also improve interaction with others through listening, understanding, empathy and non-violent communication. The workshop will be interactive, fun and powerful to grow this intelligence we tend to forget, the emotional one.
